I really connect with her cuz I've been going thru so many struggles with mental illness myself (including 2 hospitalizations this last year) and I also love working out to distract

 

So she's just like me lol

 it's nice she's opening up a bit more, like when she posted the video the other week mentioning how she goes to therapy - helps reduce the stigma!
