Her name is Nina Lee Kisses and she is a hip hop/rap artist and is REALLY talented. She has several songs out in her catalogue, including one she just released today on Spotify called "Shatter on the Glass". She writes her own lyrics and has invented her own style, all at the age of 16! She started her career just over a year ago with her debut track "100s In LA" and ever since then she dropped the music video (also linked below) she has been getting heaps of attention.
