Reactions:

this is a shame he’d tweet such nonsense since he got so much flak for Bratz. Ever since the first commercial...

I'm not a fan of dolls, but I always hated Bratz, they are an abomination.

They’re hot and I stan. But this is a bit too much for him to come for Barbie since Bratz have been under FIRE since their first commercial :rip:

bratz were for the bad b*tches like me :vegas:

however this situation is basically the pot calling the kettle black - contradicting and unnecessary.

“Don’t theorize, accessorize” :rip: implying to shop and not study. There was tons of backlash for that quote.

That quote could mean anything though. People just made it seem that they are implying to shop and not study.

Barbie's were always for the basics (like me). Bratz were for the edgy kids tbh.

The Fame

I was too old for those Brat doll things, but  from what I can see they were just overly made up, pouty, and scantily accessorized Barbie clones. I don't think they ever 'did' anything.

Meanwhile, Barbie had like a million jobs (veterinarian, fast food worker, astronaut, etc), so she showed young children they could be anything. She wasn't overly made up and her clothes (at least during my time, not sure what she looks like now) were always tasteful.
