A follow does not mean that they are working together. Boys Noize is also rumored to work with her, especially when there is evidence of them working together but she doesn't follow him. Please enlighten me why I'm so incredibly dumb for not thinking that these two, that Gaga hasn't even mentioned before, suddenly work with her.
