It have the first purchaser's name on it. Anyone other that that name will not be able to use that ticket. Don't be that person who buys it anyway after all warnings to regret it in the end. We bought our tickets for the World Cup Russia 2018 through stubhub and they delivered it my hotel in Moscow, it had the name of an executive from an African soccer league, imagine that...
