I really think anxiety is becoming XXI century's illness.

Maybe it's linked to today's lifestyle of being away from others and becoming afraid of them.

Aaaah...this really helped me.  I suffer from severe anxiety and she made me feel like I'm not alone.  Very brave of her to talk about it.
