She seemed sober to me and Idk if she would’ve been able to nail some of the dance moves and vocals to the other songs if she was high or drunk "My name is Dita, I'll be your Mistress tonight..." But that time period was a difficult time in her life because she was facing up to her past traumas and going through ptsd. (According to what she's said in interviews).
