You could tell she used to really love You And I. I think Million Reasons is up there, along with Shallow. 

When ARTPOP came out, she said J&D was one of her favorites. She also said A-Yo is one of her favorites from Joanne.

I think she loves the ballads more because of the emotional connection attached to them, especially You and I, Speechless, Shallow, Million Reasons and Joanne. As for pop songs, I think her favorites could be The Edge of Glory, Marry The Night, Born This Way and maybe Venus. More recently I think A-Yo. And I also feel like she has Bad Romance, Just Dance and Paparazzi in a very special place in her heart cuz they've become her classics and probably remind her of struggling really hard to get her music out there.
