Thank U, Next debut units

I think Ariana Grande’s album “Thank U, Next” is about to have the biggest debut on the Billboard 200 since Drake’s “Scorpion.” My guess as of right now is that the album is going to shift some 600,000 units in the US on week one.

Her streaming numbers are phenomenal and I think she can do slightly more than 200,000 in pure sales alone. “Sweetener” did 127,000 in pure sales and this album has much more commercial potential. Not to mention she’s debuting a new music video this Friday. Radio also loves her to death.

A 600,000 units debut would put her above “ASTROWORLD” (537,000 units, 270 pure sales) and below “Scorpion” (732,000 units, 160,000 pure sales).

I really find this exciting because I know my estimate is probably wrong but this is the first time since reputation that a female will have a monster debut.

What are your guesses?

Sweetener opened with 231k SPS. I think TUN can do 350k SPS.

You should do a poll and make people vote

I tried but I don’t have the poll tab for some reason. :messga:

Certainly a bold prediction

I’ve been low balling her this entire era. I’m switching things up.  :vegas:
