It's most likely for a show that hasn't been picked up yet. There was a listing like this a few years ago and I Skype'd with the producers. They were working on a show that was about celebrity super fans with each episode being fans of a different celebrity. They were sending the idea to networks but needed fans already ready to film if they were given the green light. 

That's the only reason I can think of for why it wouldn't mention the show name or the network it's on.
