Before explaining how the first round will work, I have to say that I used a site (also an app) to help me create the tournament and personally I found it amazing, I will be using that format and update it but of course, every result will also be posted here. Thanks everyone who signed up for this tournament, let's take a look at the FIRST PHASE of the tournament:

Groups phase:
All 16 of you have been divided into 4 teams of 4, from 'A' to 'D', all of the placements were randomly generated by the APP 
and only the two top spots will advance into the final round which will be the elimination bracket. (Just like the FIFA World Cup)

Matches' rules during group phase:
One of the two players must create an arena in which 5 battles will be held, the first player to reach 3 out of 5 victories will be declared the winner. Add your oponents (NSW Codes are in the OP) and set a good day for both. The battle arena rules MUST also include the following:
* NO items except the FS ball with a normal spawn rate,
* the stage has to be a RANDOM BATTLEFIELD one,
* each battle with 10 minutes long and 5 stock for each competitor. Taking down 5 times your opponent will, of course, give you only ONE victory. Remember, the first one to reach 3 will be declared the true winner.

Please remember that the final score has to be remembered and sent to me; for example; in my match against ZacharyMonster I won 2 times but he got 3, that will be 2-3 in his favor and those details must be posted in the thread in order for me to update the tournament bracket (Difference between points can give a player the ticket for the final round).

The deadline for the groups phase will be on Feb. 9th, basically you have two weeks from now to complete all of your matches and send the results

FAQ:
What characters am I allowed to use through the competition? Can I change my character during 
Everyone and yes.

What Stages can we select during the group phase?
Battlefields only.

What happens if I'm trying to contact a member for some time and he's inactive?
Post evidence of his/her inactivity in the thread and if it appears to be true, then he's disqualified, giving you the victory.

What about the app?

How am I supposed to make the battles?
Add your opponents in the console (Codes are in the OP), you'll have two weeks to set a day and fight for a win.

Do I have to face my opponents in that order?
You'll have to face all three of them, so there's no order as long as you finish the matches within the deadline
