This is sort of a tricky situation. On one hand, the songs sounded so similar that it was too the point that I’d automatically sing the melody of the origainal every time. On the other hand, Thai down set a bad precedent because there isn’t any original music that can be created. Everything will sound somewhat similar to something. I don’t think older artist should sue every time something sounds similar. Pharrel should’ve paid to sample like everyone else does.
