Ugh w/e 😂 TPAB is on another level, regardless. We all know Gaga is rated unfairly the the critics, so your example was void after you used her. TPAB is rated higher than 1989 because it is better. It’s a shame GRAMMYs allowed popularity to win over the clearly better album.
