They were supposed to announce 2019 nominations on Wednesday morning, December 5th. Now, because of the day of mourning for President George H. W. Bush, NARAS has moved the announcements to Friday morning December 7th. I feel like the noms and wins mostly goes to what's mainstream. In a way that's not necessarily a bad thing, but holy crap there have been weird nominations, wins, and non-nominations.
