Personally, I don't believe she needed to come out and say those things, but if her and Katy's relationship really did change for the better, then I'm glad that she's saying this. I don't understand why it's so controversial. You know, Gaga has the right to dislike people, and I'm sure there are a lot of people out there she doesn't like, but won't mention.
