I agree with you on Starstruck & Monster being strong, obvious contenders for singles.

Also Scheisse (especially instead of Judas, since it's still a rave & techno like Judas but less controversial)

Boys Boys Boys and Summerboy also had single potential

Dancin In Circles (musically it had everything to be a hit in the 2017 climate and the lyrics could have been corrected with a radio edit)

Dance In The Dark even though it could have been too dynamic-sounding for GP - still it charted on Bubbling Under without being an official single and at that time the GP was more open to Gaga

The Fame: Boys Boys Boys

The Fame Monster: Dance In the Dark, Monster

Born This Way: Hair, Scheibe

ARTPOP: Sexxx Dreams, Gypsy

Joanne: Dancin’ In Circles, John Wayne

And songs that should not have been a single:

Born This Way: Judas

ARTPOP: G.U.Y

Joanne: Perfect Illusion

A Star is Born: Look What I Found

Look What I found was a buzz song, not a single. The only official single off the soundtrack in the US was and still is Shallow.

There are many songs that I would have liked to be single.:messga:

Like

Boys Boys Boys, Beautiful Dirty Rich, Dance In The Dark, Speechles, Black Jesus † Amen Fashion, Scheibe, Hair, Bloody Mary, Government Hooker, Heavy Metal Lover, Venus, Aura, Sexxx Dreams/MANiCURE, Gipsy, A-Yo, Joanne, Diamond Heart.

Born This Way  with ten singles, that would have been fu***ng amazing.:triggered:

Sorry for putting on so many songs.

John Wayne should have been a single because it completely encompasses all of the GP perceptions about Joanne: It's Gaga with a western vibe, it slaps, the music video was fun.

I will maintain that Dance in the Dark should have been a Fame Monster single for the rest of eternity. I would have been cool with it replacing Telephone as a single tbh. (although I really still do jam Telephone).

Oh god another thread like this? :laughga:

“Again, a Fvckin’ ‘gain?” :poot:

I guess Sexxx Dreams! The final version, not that demo version everyone thinks is better :lana:

Imagine this being played on the radio along with We Can’t Stop or Die Young :firega:

That Lavender B

I think every song on 'The Fame Monster' could have been a successful single. Not all at once, but all of them had plenty of potential.

So happy I could die... and it's alright ♡
