She was on way to becoming Huge at the beginning of her career in the UK & Ireland, She was everywhere and had no1's after no1's. She's still big but I feel like if they played things a bit differently she could've been in a solid place alongside some of our favs.

I saw her live once. She has a huge amount of talent but has the same problem as Leona Lewis and the world's greatest vocalist Jessie J. 

Other than Adele, every girl who has come from the Brits school has absolutely no personality or authentic charisma/stage presence to speak of. They just seem to have popped out of the factory as slightly above-average versions of everyone else. It's a real shame.
