I don't have a "stream" button available when I visit that page.  Maybe it's only available in certain countries???

By the way, having the most "points" on that page does NOT mean having the most streams or sales.  The curator of kworb.net assigns an arbitrary inverted point system based on the position of each song without respect to how many sales or streams it took to obtain that position and with limited if any adjustment for the size of the music market in each country:  https://kworb.net/itunes/points-explained.html
