in that scene a new blonde guy comes up to Cyrus (guy in the middle) and Cyrus and Tyler (guy on motorcycle) look at each other. Ever since this promo aired, fans of the show have speculated many theories including: 

- The new blonde dude is a trick to get TJ (Tyler) to realize his feelings towards Cyrus (a plot that’s has been used in this series with The two main love interests, Andi and Jonah).

or

- ethier the blonde dude or TJ is homophobic to the two of them.

Ethier way, I’m glad there expanding on Cyrus’s love life with men. They haven’t done anything with his love life since he came out in season 2.

I don't and I'm not gonna watch it, but it's nice to see Disney Channel doing something so progressive.

I watched Andi Mack with my niece over the summer, and it's excellent at introducing problems that plague today's teens. Think Degrassi but modified for today: LGBT, teen parenthood, etc. I was very surprised and glad to see it on TV, especially Disney.

Crazy that people like different things regardless of their age. 

OT: awesome step for Disney. I remember watching thats so raven when I was younger and loving the serious topics they had on the show. Especially the racism episode.
