Shallow Surging On HAC Radio (#21 Already In AI)

Shallow has been surging on Hot Adult Contemporary format already at number #21 in Audience impressions (3.659 Million AI) with the official radio impact date not even having formally arrived yet

 

It is #37 on over-all spins. The high ratio of AI per spins means either larger stations are playing it, or that people are staying in tuned for the song

 

Pop Radio/Top 40 stations on the other hand seem to be taking their time perhaps waiting for the impact date

 

Gaga however by Nature last few years tends to do better in HAC Radio than Pop Radio

I also saw it's getting some Love on AC radio (which is small, but its AC ha). And a few AC stations have been playing "I'll Never Love Again"

it means that radio station with bigger audience are spinning it.

Breathin = 803 spins , but 2.352 audience

Shallow = 369 spins, but 3.659 audience

Part of it depends what stations are playing it (some stations are much larger than others). But some of it may also indicate people don't flip the station when it comes on

 

Either way it's a very good sign

I dunno about UK but the official impact date is tomorrow on the 16th

 

Of course some stations add it early that's why it's already rising on HAC
