Be cautious and stay in the touristic zone. I’m sure you’ll meet people there who will keep you company.

When I was 16 I went to Vienna all by myself to see Gaga and I had no problems at all. The people in the arena were very nice to hang out and they walked me to my apartment. Don’t worry and have fun

The entrance isnt inside the casino. You can enter from "The Park" which is the outside plaza 

 

 

those are the exits. Ive seen an actual show there and they had exit only signs.

Yeah any city is dangerous but Vegas is special. The first time I left my hotel in Vegas, I literally stepped into a group of hookersbeing yelled at by a dude. The city is fun but it’s a mess. And that’s true, the park theater is a casino but as long as she stays on the walkways on the carpet she should be fine. Vegas isn’t very fun when you’re under 21 though. 

Edit : oh yes there is an outside entrance. 

they werent letting anyone use the outside entrances when i saw a show there.
