I just find it amazing how you'd do anything to see her perform at Vegas, it's so sweet. Just stay safe please! :kara:

If you’re gonna go, use this hotel. I stayed there a few times when I was 18 and 19 before I could book the nicer hotels in Vegas. It’s clean and they never gave me an issue.

when you’re actually in Las Vegas, please just go to the theater and back. The city is dangerous  if you don’t have a buddy with you. You can take an Uber to the theater and back, or there is a shuttle that runs to and from the hotel to the strip where the theater is. However you may have to walk some. I don’t remember what hotel they drop you off at, I think it’s Mandalay Bay. I travelled to Vegas when I was 18 and 19 with my friends to see Britney and they were amazing times! I’m sure you’ll be fine, just watch out for anything suspicious :runhug:

If you lived in the USA, I would say it's fine, but traveling alone to a foreign country is scary at ANY age tbh. I definitely don't recommend doing it at age 18..... :wtf:

I mean you have to be over 21 to drink or gamble. So you cant hang out in the casino and the entrance to the Park Theater is literally in the casino, so you would have to wait until they let people in the doors.

You cant stay at a hotel on the strip or anywhere near the strip, so AIRBNB is your only option.

You cant rent a car unless youre like 25 yrs old, so an UBER or LYFT would be your only option.

Theoretically this is a bad idea, unless you get someone over 21 to go with you.

Any major city is dangerous. Ive journeyed through Vegas many times by myself and I dont feel any danger there.
However she cant really hang in the casino since shes under 21 and the entrance to the Park Theater is inside a casino, literally less than 10 feet from slot machines, not outside it like the Axis was.

The entrance isnt inside the casino. You can enter from "The Park" which is the outside plaza photo-4-8-HR.jpg

Yeah any city is dangerous but Vegas is special. The first time I left my hotel in Vegas, I literally stepped into a group of hookersbeing yelled at by a dude. The city is fun but it’s a mess. And that’s true, the park theater is a casino but as long as she stays on the walkways on the carpet she should be fine. Vegas isn’t very fun when you’re under 21 though.

Edit : oh yes there is an outside entrance.

If I go, I'll be going on Feburary 3rd 2019.

Thank you for your concern!

I thought that "keep hydrated" is one of a good advice about  Las Vegas I received from little monsters :worship2:

The heat can really creep up on you, so drink water even if you don't feel very thirsty, try to stay indoors. Not only will it be safer and less crowded inside the hotels/casinos, but there will be air conditioning. There are all kinds of trams that go between hotels for free (like Monte Carlo and Bellagio), so you won't have to walk as much. There are also bridges between hotels sometimes, like NYNY and Excalibur.

Some people already mentioned that a lot of things are 21+, you technically cannot linger around casinos, but you should be able to walk through the casinos. You need an adult walking with you in casinos, but when I was walking by myself I was fine and sometimes I walked closer to other tourists.

The worst that can happen is that you get caught being under 21 and they make you walk the long way.

Stay away I was just in Vegas last week. Everyone everywhere are blood sucking money grabbers who want to take advantage of naive tourists, they sound cinching and nice but are only in it to make money off of you

Don't go for second best, baby Put your love to the test

If it's any peace of mind I've been going to Vegas almost yearly since I was 5 years old. I'm currently about to turn 21 which is great cuz I'll be able to book my hotel and what not, but my point is - you don't NEED to be 21 to get around and have a fun time. A lot of the things are childish I guess but there's arcades, the pool, shopping, a theme park, the dancing waters at Bellagio, and even some free shows (like the pirate show at Treasure Island, the volcano at Mirage) and I've walked around the strip and through casinos all alone for years and it's fun for me because I love people watching, taking pictures, and pregaming (drinking before u go out...although obvs be safe) exists so...you can definitely have fun. It does help to have fun if you're with other people under 21 though. I guess I do have some privilege in being safe because although I still look very young I am male and I just don't have to put up with drunk pervy gross men. So be super aware of your surroundings, always have your phone charged and with you, don't take any drinks/drugs from strangers, the basics. I think you can totally make it work it's just obviously gonna be very expensive. Book an AirBNB, take uber/lyft to the strip and then make a day out of being on the strip, watch out for gross creeps.
