I don’t think that they need to be over the top, but they need to be breathtaking. I’m sorry, but this just didn’t do it for me. The photographer was a great choice and I am aware of his previous work. I just feel like it could have been executed better. I would gave preferred a close-upshot of Beyonce for the cover. And compared to Nick Knight’s Rihanna cover and editorial- these are pretty safe.
