Since I'm a kid I see artist promoting their music saying "all is so generic now we wanted to bring something new" while recycling stuffs and not actually being creative lol.

For everyone being like "your three last albums sound the same too lol" actually allow me to disagree.

Hard Candy sounds like the typical 00s album yes, but MDNA was actually different from Hard Candy's sound and the sound of 2012 (it is pop and EDM but it has more of a hip-hop influence than the music of the time. Still garbage) and Rebel Heart was different from the other two lol

She said something similar about MDNA and ironically that turned out to be her most generic album of her career.

But I do believe Rebel Heart was a huge improvement so I still have hope.
