Here's the thing - the list was initially created last year, and generated a lot of reaction.

So, today we have an adjusted (I guess) one with the inclusions that were widely criticized back there for their omissions.

There was even an article published by NPR calling it "Shocking Omissions: Lady Gaga's Extravagantly Human 'The Fame Monster'". So, in this year's list they are trying to correct it, evidently...
