The Fame

I picked The Fame, but it's really a toss up between that and TFM. In The Fame, her voice just had such a recognizable little flair to it. The way she pronounced certain words was awesome. It was bubbly, so when she sang darker songs like Paparazzi, the contrast was really cool. By TFM, her voice was similar, but a bit more polished, which was kinda nice. Now her voice is almost 'too professional', if that makes sense? Like I'm not saying ANYTHING bad; her voice is freaking incredible. But it's almost like a professional football star coming into a high school game. He would play amazingly, but obviously everyone would expect him to. My personal preference would be her slightly less polished (but still great) voice with its quirks.

Born This Way because she gave several different tones and more tracks. TFM is a good runner up.

Inferno

The Fame Monster all the way

I liked some of the deeper tones in her voice on ARTPOP in songs like Sex Dreams or Applause but it was inconsistent. Because she would also make it ugly like on Dope or Gypsy where it became too hammy imo. Or especially Till It Happens To You. And then that ugliness bled into parts of Joanne as well. I just don't like that throaty voice she puts on that reminds me of like knock off Elton John or Randy Newman. I feel like The Fame Monster displayed vocal chops and kept it pop without hamming it up or making it too corny. I think thats my biggest issue with her post-Fame era, she just gets too corny at times vocally and in other aspects. I think on some of Joanne she tries a little too hard vocally to where its like almost grating, not that I dont like the album but songs like Diamond Heart or Angel Down im like omg relax. Shes just screaming at me. Thats why I didnt get the fans pulling for DH to be a single honestly, like I like it but in all honesty I can't imagine anyone outside of the base like hearing that and thinking yes i like this

TFM easily. Her vocals on Joanne can be a little overbearing. BTW sounds a little grainy.
