Probably safety regulations, common in Europe. Especially now after we've had 2 concerts bombed. If there's a low amount of GA tickets, you eliminate the risk of a stampede from panicking human people in case something happens.

I have this scary feeling she is just gonna rush this leg and wants it to be over, so she can move to her vegas residency forever..

I'm still scared she is gonna cancel my show like "Oh i'm sorry, I got the flu bla bla"
