As it's been discussed by many members on this forum, Witness is one of the most woke and self aware albums of all time. But beyond that, I think Witness is a new millenium version of Ray Of Light by ex-queen of pop Madonna.  I think Katy delivered a true electronic and chameleonic masterpiece that will inspire artist until the end of times.
