He was giving you the iTunes sales position for this week not a Billboard Chart number. The song isn't streaming well and isn't selling well it's a flop. Just like PI for Gaga or whatever the flow up was to Carly Rae Jaspen. Both white pop girls. It's not even top 20 on Urban Radio and it peaked at #19 on Rythmic Radio with negative updates.
