Ed Sheeran performed his second single "Castle On The Hill" live @ The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. Why is he performing the same damn song for the 100nd time?

There was some Billboard article where it was only now released as a single in the states. I mean he is promoting the crap out of it now, but poor choice to release this instead of something new.
