Because she won't answer the question lol. Some fan actually tried going to her old high school to find her yearbook photo but they couldn't even find her name (not all the yearbooks were available). There's a reason why her nickname was "Mirage" in high school. Her mom says 1970 but idk some of the teachers did say 1969 and her drivers license also says 1969 but other lambs say the year was an error lol. People magazine said she was born in 1969 as well. It's ****ing weird. Not even wikipedia knows since they list her birth year as 1969 or 1970.

Her drivers license does say 1969 and a few teachers too but Mariahs mom says 1970 and some people that work with her. It's weird.

Mariah always makes it vocal that she is a songwriter before a vocalist. She thinks every vocalist should at least write one song (lowkey whitney and celine shade even though she adores them)

Mariah wrote 17 of her 18 number 1 single (just except I'll Be There as the cover you've mentioned). She also produced 14 of them (except the first 4 from her debut album)
