Never, if she doesn't use back vocalists, she uses vocals from album version as the backing track. In the end, we do not know, it might be for ASIB, it might be new song, it can be anything. They don't typically mean they are recording it at the same time But it doesn't have to be for ASIB but it's safe to assume that since they are still in the pre-production phase of filming. So the actors would know what to do and when to do it and because Gaga could still be writing the songs while filming the movie at the same time.
