True that Gaga and some fans may have been relaxed and happy during C2C, but a lot of fans felt confused at that time and weren't sure if she'd ever fully go back to doing pop, also the C2C era came at a time when a lot of people expected it to be the LG5 era, and it really dragged on with the tour etc and I think it became a huge delay for LG5. I appreciate the album and performances (Bang Bang is my fav vocal performance of hers ever) but still I can't pretend I was happy as a Gaga fan during that time

i get your point and i respect it, but without C2C gaga would have quitted music. It's not about a pure pop record / a stripped down pop record (Joanne)...it's about music itself. C2C saved gaga's career. She was going to quit.
