Louis tries to stop paparazzi from taking photos and pulls him down to the ground rather non-violently, meanwhile girlfriend get's into an aggressive fight with another woman for some reason, in the end it's Louis that got arrested under an expensive bail.

They both fought and physically hurt other people

If he didn't do anything wrong he wouldn't have been arrested 

Paps are trash but you can't attack other humans

Assault is never okay, but more laws need to be in place to protect individuals from the invasive paparazzi.
