The coloring does not do much effect, all you need to add texture to make it more... sophisticated, i think... I just downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS6 last night, can't wait to get into it But I'd love to request something for a change. Could you make me a sig with all the Kardashian girls with Kris (my avi) being the focal point in the centre. I'd love to keep the classy, rich b---h theme going on like in my current set. Why are there clouds randomly placed above the city and towards the bottom right corner? The neon bars would look a lot better if you erased them from the bottom of the cover up until you reach the top of Kylie's body. Just keep them at the top in the background, so that it looks as if Kylie is laying in front of them. As for the text, it'd look better if it were straight and towards the bottom of the cover in the middle. The placement of it now is a little messy. As for the fonts, the Kylie font is decent (not sure if that's her official logo) however the KMO font is awful, i'm not a fan of that font because most of the time you can't read what it says. I think if you chose a more simple font for KMO, it'd work better.. It'd compliment the cursive Kylie font.. Your weakness when it comes to covers is that you go OTT with textures.
