For the Artrave it seems like early entry wasnt necessary because everyone got a really good spot because there were so many runways. When does she usually post the layout? ArtRAVE was announced in December 2013 and the layout was released March 2014. BTWB was announced February 2012 and iirc the stage was revealed then too.
