If she doesn't cancel big promo opportunities

If she takes off the jeans and puts on the meat

Then maybe she could get a billion streams, but I think we should focus on the music for this era and not wait for disappointment if we expect it to do we commercially. I think the only way she can get 1 billion streams if she releases dat "Angelina" RedOne EP

Her team/Interscope need to get radio to push Million Reasons and she needs to perform on the Voice. 

She also needs to follow through with plans to perform Joanne songs at the Super Bowl. If she just performs the older hits, no one will care to or even know about Joanne. Before the encore/finale at the Super Bowl she should perform the third single (Diamond Heart) and follow up at the Grammys with it (and possibly MR to give it a final push).
