She already sings 10000% better in the BTWB than the MB and she dances as much if not more, the only different is that she balance singing + dancing. Just look at BTWB Telephone, so much better than the MB where she was barely singing and dancing like a chicken. And throwing up is nothing that worrying. Happens when you do huge physical training. At my gym, my trainer see a lot of people throwing up. It can be caused by stress and anxiety too.
