I have a feeling they put the number "9" in as a just a place holder to see what an extra character would look like in the bar that says "September". Maybe I'm just so used to being let down with these things, that that is how I've begun thinking. But the radio station tweeting that it was coming the 9th was definitely just them wanting to get attention on twitter.
