Why is LG5 not finished yet?

At this point it seems obvious that LG5 has not been released yet simply because is not finished. But what do you think is the biggest reason for why LG5 is not finished? Is it because Gaga has lost her creative abilities? Is it because Gaga is actually very creative and and has many good ideas to choose from? Is it because she has too many side projects that take away the time of production? Is it because she is taking things slowly and enjoying her life ? Or is it simply b
I don't know where I should post this and I have been debating sharing some info I have become aware of because most won't believe me anyways lol. I understand that, but I can at least give it a try right? Its been killing me on the inside keeping it a secret when I know fans are suffering! I can't say who told me, but I have info to share.
