Is Art Angels what ARTPOP was supposed to be?

Idk with Grimes, I LOVE that girl, but her voice is starting to annoy me. Her beats are more attractive and cool than her vocals. The same thing counts for her live performances. 

Hm. The only fact that we all disagree on what ARTPOP is and still are confused about what exactly it meant shows how messy that era was doomed to be.

Also I kinda agree. Her voice is her weekest asset. I wish she'd produce for people like Gaga who would bring hee music to a whole different level.
