Not for nothing but I don't remember stanning harder than I did for Madonna in 2006. She had just released Confessions in Nov of 05 and I remember going to the Confenssions Tour in 06 and thinking she could do no wrong. It wasn't until Hard Candy in 09 that I was underwhelmed by her music. So she does very much deserve to be on that list. And this is coming from a person who doesn't like her too much right now.

Nelly Furtado, Gwen Stefani, Fergie and Rihanna. So, yeah, right up until the very last moment, it was Rihanna. Her album sales didn't start taking off until her 2008 album, though. As urban dominated, there was a lack of popstars about. Gwen was one of the few popstars who was making pure pop at the time. Nelly, Fergie and Rihanna were doing urban influenced pop back then.

I never listened to Mariah, Beyoncé, Gwen, Fergie or, basically the only I listened to before Gaga was Miss Spears and Riri. Now I listen to Gaga and Riri, occasionally Beyoncé (specially her last album, the beats <3).

Edit: But I rarely listen to pop girls tbh haha Some people even ask me how I can be a Gaga fan I don't usually even listen to her music anymore xd

yes I did one for Gwen all of mine are for the UK charts and DiscoHeaven23 does them for the US charts. I like hollaback girl but it wasn't her biggest here her biggest was either what u waitin for rich girl or the sweet escape anyway this is my thread.
