I've compiled a list of every week an artist spent in the top 10 in 2010. I plan to do this for each year this decade and merge the data to see which artist has had the most weeks in the top 10 this decade so far. Every song counts as a week. Therefore, if an artist has 2 songs in the top 10, it counts as 2 weeks. I think that's fair.
