I just thought of this. - Monarch meaning ruler/king as in, she's the HBIC. But Gaga could explain it in interviews as being the "ruler" of her life, doing what she wants, etc so as to not seem pretentious.  - Monarch as in butterfly, going along with the hints she's been giving and the idea of transformation - this is a brand new side of Gaga - She could give us great Monarch butterfly imagery and thus get promo'd on Vigilant Citizen thoughts?
