No refugees anymore for Poland after Paris attacks: minister

the Western Europe have ****ed themself over, wanting some cheap labour and enhancing reputation as the 'good ones'.
Can somebody explain me why these immigrants don't go to Saudi Arabia, Emirates and other rich Arabic countries? Why they choose Europe? I heard the main incentive is the financial support from the government but I don't know if it's true.
