Why hasn't Gaga said anything about the Paris terror attacks?

Actions speak louder than words. Instead of getting upset about the word or lack there of of a celebrity, why don't you do something about it, like send condolences to France herself. And to be frank, so many horrible things are happening, people are dead or dying. Does it really even matter what she'd say? Words can be so trivial in times like these.
