This is obviously a cultural thing. In many countries it's inappropriate or "gross", in others is not. I never did that with my parents nor with my kids. Toddlers are naturally curious and want to touch everything new or ask(if they speak) so I think it's silly to put yourself in that position. "Daddy what's that thing hanging between your legs?; why is it bigger than mine?(if it's boy); why do you have hair on your butt daddy?"  

What I find interesting here, many American members say it's a normal thing to do, but I remember one story about immigrant father from ex-Yugoslavia who had photos of his small son and daughter in bath on his PC, when he sent it for repair someone got those pics and their kids were taken to custody. Then they were given to some Mexican foster family. So I thought, damn America is so conservative. There was nothing s-xual there, did they think it's like child ****ography? But then I see the responses here and I don't know what to think.

I don't see what's so wrong about a child watching their parents/siblings naked... yet alone label it as disgusting or obscene. It's just the way we were born

This is absolutely disgusting, revolting, and sickening & extremely disturbing.  Poor kid has to see his vile 'father's pighole and his genitalia.  I mean, it's completely normal for parents (regardless of their gender and s-xuality) to help their kids (regardless of their gender) with their baths or even bathe with them when they're little, BUT THIS IS PEREZ WE ARE TALKING ABOUT!  What makes this even worse is that he took a picture of them both in the shower and shared it on Instagram! Oh Perez, distasteful as always.

Having pics of your family and among thousands of them few are of kids in the bath - child p0rn.

Shouldn't they have more evidence that he's a pedo, they're his kids and in his country having photos of your toddlers running naked on the beach or taking a bath is normal. Again, clashes of cultures.

It depends what the pictures were. Could you see the child's genitals? The problem here is that we live in a digital age. Personally, my parents have pictures where I am nude when I was a baby/toddler in PHYSICAL albums. But back to at least the 90's many families did this. But NOW in this digital age, pictures can be spread on the Internet and can get in the hands of pedos. So having DIGITAL pictures of your naked children is irresponsible and putting them at risk. I think this is the logic behind it.

As the parent, there's no need to get naked with your child and shower together. He looks like he's at an age to remember stuff like this and that's gonna be awkward later in life...I remember being 3 and seeing my dad's penis...

Plus, not to say he is, but just cuz your a parent and they are your child, doesn't mean you're not s-xually into kids....parents do molest their children. Again, not saying he is but I wouldn't go out of my way to see showering together as bonding time and then post it on Instagram for the world to see...it does look creepy and very inappropriate. I think yes.

I still don't think it's a big deal. Everything is in digital form these days. He didn't upload them anywhere. They were among other family pics on his PC. 

Yes they could get to wrong hands, but I think it was wrong to take away their kids without any other evidence that he's into child ****.
