She's showing how the artist is being suffocated because people are not respecting her and standing back to appreciate the art and the music. Instead, people are forcing her into a very tight place and recording her, where she has very little ability to perform as she truly wants to. Apparently a mess, it goes as planned or at least as Gaga wished it to go. She is melting into the crowd, becoming one with the crowd yet distinct from it, in a love/reject dynamic. There she is integrating into that sea of people which were for the most unruly, she is ready to receive both their love and their hate. It really stood out as a moment from that night. Y'all are hating the armbands, but she's lost at sea and needs them to stay afloat.  P.S.
