yes, because in latin and south america stadiums arent as big so she has a mini tiny stage. but her stage is like totally different. gaga just removes parts of her stage, but katy re-did the stage

You have your years mixed up. Prism and 1989 didn't come out in the same year. One Direction, JT, Bruno, Eminem and Daft Punk were ahead of Katy in 2013. The next year Frozen, Swift and Ed Sheeran all sold over 4 million. (and by now Coldplay, Sam Smith and another One Direction album) 

But yes, Prism was in the top 10 albums of 2013.

you do realize that 1989 sales are thanks to taylor obligating everyone to pay for her album. if everybody did that all albums would be selling 8 million or more.
