When it's good work, I'm all for it. But this? I mean why? I have never heard someone say "I have such a small chin, I better enlarge it". A chin implant at 24 years old? That's people in her entourage or her doctor saying she'd look better with it and she took their "advice". She admitted to her boob job awhile ago and while I think she was fine before, I get it. She had small breasts and they're still tasteful now. If she was as insecure about it as she said, it's fine. But a chin implant? Bye @ her common sense. I found the entire debate around Renée Zellweger disgusting but this is just pure silliness. She's 24! A chin implant? WHY?
